This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, refunds and cancellations work for orders placed through our website.

Your Right to Cancel

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. This reflects UK distance selling rules under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Returned with any included packaging or materials where applicable

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns of opened or used haircare products unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and advise the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers may be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used haircare products cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Gift cards, promotional items or final sale items may also be non-returnable where clearly stated.

Exchanges

We may not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.
